Responsibilities

• Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model and a "friends first" mindset.
• Educate guests about AEO & Aerie products and suggest fit solutions.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
• Flex seamlessly between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Assist the team in a collaborative, team-player environment.
• Adhere to AEO policies, procedures and corporate integrity standards.
