What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with security-related issues as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity, keeping alert for any unusual circumstances, the working environment may vary by location.

Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel or authorities according to site protocols.

Maintain a visible presence throughout the assigned location to help to deter potential disruptive or criminal behavior.

Complete detailed and accurate reports regarding security-related incidents, observations and / or actions taken during shifts.

Communicate professionally and courteously with clients, employees and visitors, providing assistance as required within the financial institution environment.

Minimum Requirements :

Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
