Job description

The Lube Center is looking for individuals with great customer service and management background to fill our management opportunity. Prior experience working in the automobile repair and service industry preferred, but not required.

WE TRAIN!! We understand that no everyone comes from a background where they have worked on cars even though they may have a passion for cars. If you enjoy customer service and have management experience, we will provide on the job paid training!

At The Lube Center we believe that friendly, professional service is key to developing a partnership to help our customers get the best performance and mileage out of their vehicle. We know our customers are busy and want to simplify their life by making car care maintenance easy and stress-free. Managers will control the flow of the shop, managing employees, and provide excellent customer service to customers. Managers must be strong in the areas of problem solving and management and have a minimum of 2 years management experience.   • Team Management
  • Hire and train all new employees
  • Develop employees into leaders
  • Coaching and Mentoring
  • Ensure adherence to policies
  • Promote a clean and friendly work environment
  • Operations Management
  • Manage shop flow including assisting technicians and cashiers when needed
  • Talking to customers to ensure they had an exceptional experience
  • Administrative tasks related to ordering of supplies & other office duties
  • Assisting with warranty related issues with the customer
