Warehouse Associate

Starting Pay : $22 / hr

Available Shifts :

Morning Shift : Tuesday–Saturday, 8 : 00 AM–4 : 30 PM

Swing Shift : Monday–Friday, 2 : 00 PM–10 : 30 PM

Position Overview :

We’re looking for reliable and motivated individuals to join our cold storage warehouse team. This role involves handling freight safely and efficiently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Safely load and unload trucks using a forklift or pallet jack

Verify package counts and inspect shipments for accuracy and quality

Organize and prioritize inbound and outbound shipments

Securely stack and wrap pallets for transport

Work effectively in cold storage environments for extended periods

Be available for overtime and flexible scheduling during peak seasons

Minimum Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent

Eligible to work in the U.S. and able to pass a TSA background check

At least 6 months of warehouse experience

Forklift experience required; Push-Pull experience preferred

Experience handling perishable goods a plus

Ability to lift and push 35–80 lbs and stand for 8–10 hours per shift

Comfortable working in cold temperatures

Basic computer proficiency (email, web browsing, Outlook)

Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

Work Environment : Freezer : 0–15°ree;F

Cooler : 28–39°ree;F

Loading Dock : 40–55°ree;F
