Sr. Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a dynamic Sr. Human Resources Generalist to join our team and play a key role in driving HR operations and employee engagement across multiple units in the Operations Terminal and Transportation division. This position partners closely with leadership to support strategic HR initiatives, ensure compliance, and foster a positive workplace culture.

Major responsibilities and tasks / duties of the position include :

• Leading employee engagement and relations initiatives across OPS T&T locations.
• Heavy employee relations to ensure compliance with federal and state employment law requirements.
• Overseeing performance evaluations, job descriptions, training, and career planning succession.
• Maintaining HRIS (ADP) data integrity and supporting system enhancements.
• Assessing organizational structure developing and presenting solutions to leadership for implementation.
• Fostering delivery of internal and external training to enhance employees' development.
• Submitting monthly, quarterly, and annual HR compliance reports as required.
• Coordinating AAP reporting and supporting HR audits.
• Managing LOA and Workers' Compensation processes.
• Supporting talent development, internship programs, and onboarding / offboarding.
• Collaborating with the Sr. Terminal Manager to develop initiatives to improve employee's development as well as to ensure compliance with Dole policies and procedures.
