Job Summary :
Americo is seeking a full-time Supervisor for our Policyholder Services Team. This position oversees the in-force policy change processing function, ensuring timely and accurate service to internal and external customers, including policyholders, agents, and business partners. This role is responsible for managing workflow, maintaining compliance with regulatory and corporate standards, producing required reporting, and developing the skills and capabilities of the Policyholder Services team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Create and maintain service level agreements for in-force policy change requests
- Provide assistance to internal and external customers with questions related to policy changes
- Perform quality reviews of associate work to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to SLAs
- Create, maintain, and provide reports supporting corporate objectives and tracking operational performance
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement approved enhancements
- Lead various departmental projects, including budget preparation and cross-functional initiatives
- Coaching, mentoring, developing, and training associates
