Staff Front End Engineer

A company is looking for a Staff Front End Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the front end technical lead for cross-functional, agile teams building high-impact web applications

Drive architecture decisions and code standards to ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance

Collaborate with product, design, and backend partners to translate ideas into delightful, accessible, and performant interfaces

Required Qualifications

7+ years of professional front end development experience, with deep expertise of 3+ years in React

Strong understanding of JavaScript / TypeScript and modern frameworks; React Native experience is a plus

Proven experience leading or architecting complex, interactive applications end-to-end

BS / BA in Computer Science or related technical field (or equivalent practical experience)

Track record of mentoring engineers and improving team culture and process
