Flex Manager, Ad Ops
This is a temporary position. As a Flex Manager, Ad Ops you will play a pivotal role in Marriott's future by developing processes to execute and scale advertising operations across Marriott Media, Marriott's fast growing commerce media network. You will provide critical media management functions for advertising campaigns and will serve as the point of escalation for any issues with ad deployment or performance. You are expected to be versatile and willing to tackle complex technical problems to ensure the media program scales and grows efficiently and effectively. Reporting into the Sr. Manager, Ad Ops Lead, you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end execution of advertising campaigns across Marriott Media's owned digital (web, email, app), offsite digital (programmatic & paid social), and on-property (guest room TV, Wi-Fi Portal). This role includes managing campaign setup within internal platforms, supporting QC / deployment reviews, confirming campaigns align with best practices, and ensuring internal and external stakeholders are engaged in operations as needed. You are someone with a growth mindset and one who truly thrives in a fast-paced environment undergoing ongoing transformation. You are naturally curious and stay current on the MarTech / AdTech ecosystem, digital marketing, and commerce media landscape.
