Post-surgical experience in urology, orthopedic, and general care.

Willingness to learn and take on charge duties.

Description :

Delivers nursing care by developing a nursing diagnosis.

Establishes nursing care objectives.

Defines nursing interventions.

Provides physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients and families.

Helps support persons understand patient conditions, medications, and self-care skills.

Notes changing conditions and needs.

Re-evaluates care objectives.

Team player with good communication skills required.

Dress code : Black scrubs only; no unacceptable attire.

Standard expectation includes working every other full weekend.

Candidates should expect to work at least one major holiday.

Position located in a 245-bed facility with various accreditations and designations.

Unit includes a maximum of 23 beds with a patient ratio of 1 : 6 and customary equipment.
