Job Summary

As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in planning, organizing, and delivering physical therapy programs that help our clients recover and improve their mobility. Your expertise will help relieve pain, increase strength, and prevent deformities.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Conducting examinations, evaluations, and interventions for clients affected by injury or disease.
• Utilizing tools and techniques to administer physical therapy interventions safely.
• Documenting client information for evaluation and establishing therapeutic plans.
• Educating clients and their families about treatment plans and self-exercises.
• Incorporating current research into daily treatment practices.
• Demonstrating flexibility with variable work schedules and assignments.
• Interacting with various stakeholders, including providers and case managers.
• Supervising assistants, aides, and students in client care.
• Providing ongoing education and training to peers in your area of expertise.

Depending on facility needs, you may focus on clients receiving intervention in post-acute, long-term care, and home health care environments.
