About the Opportunity

• Drive the technical vision for ML-driven chip design automation.
• Lead and mentor a team of world-class ML engineers and researchers.
• Shape and deploy novel agent-based ML systems to tackle automation in chip design, RTL code generation, and physical design tasks.
• Collaborate closely with hardware teams to identify and solve critical bottlenecks in design pipelines using state-of-the-art ML.
• Stay at the forefront of ML for EDA, reinforcement learning, and multi-agent systems.
