Be the driving force! The Sales Leader will be the driving force behind achieving ambitious goals in terms of gross sales, generated margin, customer satisfaction, and market share in their assigned geographic territory. But more than just a sales leader, you will bring flair and finesse to the role by serving as a mentor and coach to your team members. Compensation : Base Salary starts at $111,000 and up based on experience and will include an incentive. Total compensation for this role will include a commission / incentive plan. Disclaimer : This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
