Callagy Recovery is a fast-paced environment in the space of Medical Revenue Recovery, supporting out of network medical providers in securing payment from insurance carriers. The individual in this seat will serving as the technology integrator and data intelligence commander responsible for :
1. Building, optimizing, and maintaining Salesforce the lifeblood of our operational visibility and sales infrastructure.
2. Integrating external systems like GoHighLevel and other CRM or marketing tools into Salesforce for seamless data flow.
3. Creating dashboards and reporting systems that provide instant, accurate visibility into the business for leadership, actualizers, and operators alike.
4. Training and empowering teams to actually use whats built ensuring adoption, accountability, and results.
This is not a data management position.
This is a data mastery and systems leadership position.
Primary Responsibilities
1. Salesforce Architecture & Administration
- Design, build, and optimize Salesforce workflows, automations, and data structures for Callagy Recoverys specific processes.
- Architect integrations between Salesforce, GoHighLevel, and any other key systems (Google Sheets, internal dashboards, APIs, etc.).
- Build advanced flows, triggers, and dashboards to visualize KPIs and track every critical metric in real time.
- Audit, clean, and maintain database hygiene ensuring every record tells the truth.
2. Data Intelligence & Reporting
Create leadership dashboards showing the pulse of :Total recovery casesStage progressionConversion ratesCase velocity and timelineRevenue generation per caseIndividual and team productivityBuild automated reporting systems that pull data across tools and feed insights, not spreadsheets.Ensure every leader has what they need to see the game and play it better.3. CRM Integration & Automation
Integrate Salesforce with GoHighLevel for outbound sales, actualizer tracking, and campaign follow-through.Ensure data from outbound efforts seamlessly maps to internal case and revenue tracking.Create and maintain automated notifications, task flows, and communication sequences that drive accountability and consistent follow-up.4. Team Enablement & Adoption
Train, document, and empower internal users from actualizers to management to use whats built effectively.Translate technology into simplicity : If its built but not used, it doesnt exist.Create standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials for each system.Serve as the tech whisperer who can turn complexity into clarity.5. Performance Tracking & Business Intelligence
Own the numbers truth of the Callagy Recovery business.Ensure metrics are accurate, live, and shared across leadership dashboards.Continuously find new ways to automate reporting, streamline operations, and accelerate decision-making.Key Skills & Experience
