Job Type : Permanent / Direct Hire

Setting : Behavioral Health / Inpatient

Location : Kansas City, MO

Schedule : Full-time, 3-12hr shifts / wk, 6 : 00am-6 : 30pm OR part-time, 2-12hr weekend shifts, 7 : 00am-7 : 30pm

Pay : Starting at $40 / hr and increases based on relevant work experience!

The Registered Nurse Team Manager responsibilities may include but not be limited to :

Lead a dedicated group of professionals while ensuring excellent patient care and operational success

Support the Director in maintaining nursing standards and promoting competent practice among your team

Mentor, coach, and improve patient outcomes

Requirements :

Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent (ADN + years of relevant experience)

At least two (2) years of nursing experience or demonstrated proficiency in clinical and leadership skills

MO RN License

Current certifications per department requirements

Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
