Cardiology – Witham Health Services

• MD or DO
• Board Certification or Eligibility in Cardiovascular Disease
• Eligible for unrestricted Indiana medical licensure
• Strong clinical skills, with a commitment to patient-centered care
• Full-time schedule – Monday to Friday
• Shared call
• Average 15–20 patients / day
• EMR : Meditech
• Single specialty group
