We are looking for a Logistics Supervisor located in our Hingham, MA facility.

Our growing facility has more than two hundred employees that produce high-quality, make-to-order power distribution equipment. Our processes include material handling, metal fabrication, painting, final assembly, and test. In this role you will lead all aspects of inventory control and material handling in the manufacturing areas.

You'll make a difference by :

• Improving inventory accuracy on the production floor and will lead all aspects of, manage, and coordinate daily materials handling and shipping activities to support our manufacturing lines
• Promoting a hazard-free, 5S-organized work environment through routine inspections, equipment maintenance, and safety compliance.
• Supervising hourly associates, managing staffing, providing training and performance feedback, and leading hiring, disciplinary actions, and motivation efforts.
• Leading all aspects of accurate inventory across all areas via cycle counts, ERP data accuracy, and variance reporting; coordinating receiving, put-away, and material replenishment.
• Collaborating with Planning, Production, ME, and supplier logistics teams to ensure timely material delivery and equipment readiness.
• Improving continuous improvement through the use of LEAN tools, coordinating critical metrics such as efficiency and cycle times, and addressing operational challenges.
• Utilizing SAP for inventory and receiving activities; managing departmental budgets and purchase orders for inventoried materials.
