The Human Resources Representative plays a key role in supporting the company’s people initiatives and day-to-day HR operations. This position is responsible for full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR process improvements that help transition the workforce from manual practices to more efficient, technology-driven systems. The HR Representative partners closely with the HR Manager and site leadership to ensure consistent application of HR policies, compliance, and a positive workplace culture across all manufacturing locations.
This role is ideal for a motivated HR professional who is eager to grow in the field, participate in professional development opportunities, and contribute to the modernization and continuous improvement of the HR function.

Human Resources Representative HR Qualifications
Education & Experience
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, with emphasis on recruiting, onboarding, and HR systems.
Experience with ADP, Paylocity, or similar HRIS platforms required; experience with HRIS implementation strongly preferred.
Manufacturing or industrial environment experience preferred.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written, and digital).
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Comfortable learning and leveraging technology to improve efficiency.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and process-improvement mindset.
Interest in professional growth, continuous learning, and participation in HR-related events or organizations.
Provide assistance during annual open enrollment and year-round benefits administration.
Maintain compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Support HR audits and documentation reviews, ensuring accurate and organized personnel records.
Stay informed on current HR trends, employment law changes, and best practices.
