Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - 3rd Shift - Trach / Vent

Position : Part-Time and Full-Time Available

Starting Pay : $25.00-$30.00 per hour (Pay determined by experience)

Job Description :

Interim HealthCare of Central PA is seeking a dedicated LPN to provide overnight shift care for an adult that is dependent for all care including tracheostomy and ventilator management.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist with full personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and oral hygiene
Medication administration and nutrition via g-tube
Manage trach and vent care
Follow the client / patient individualized plan of care
Notify supervisor of change in condition or status

Requirements :

Active LPN license in PA

CPR Certification

Six months experience in home care or healthcare setting required

Reliable transportation

Able to frequently lift, reposition, or transfer client / patients
