Our Client, a Fashion Brand in NYC, is looking for a Showroom Coordinator & Receptionist to join their team in NYC!
Responsibilities
- Answering all phone and email inquires.
- Completing shipping documents / admin paperwork as needed.
- Managing receptionist desk and all aspects of reception operations.
- Ensure office supplies are available to staff and are being replenished in a timely manner and in keeping with budgets.
- Assisting in coordinating staff meetings or trainings.
- Ensure all office environmental standards are upheld.
- Perform administrative functions to support different business areas.
Qualifications
2-3 years of office management / reception experience preferred.Understanding of fashion industry.Maintain a friendly and warm demeanor at all times.Strong problem solving skillsImpeccable attention to detailStrong verbal and written communication skillsAdditional spoken languages are a plusProficient in Microsoft Office SuitePlease submit your resume for consideration.
