Vice President of Marketing – General Contractor

Overview :

A dynamic and TOP ENR general contracting firm based in Miami is seeking a strategic, hands-on Vice President of Marketing to lead the company’s marketing function across high-rise commercial and high-end residential sectors.

This executive-level role will be responsible for setting the firm’s marketing vision, leading brand strategy, overseeing internal and external communications, and driving integrated marketing initiatives that support business development and firm-wide growth. The Vice President of Marketing will serve as a key member of the leadership team and collaborate closely with operations, preconstruction, and business development teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and lead the execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy and budget

Oversee Account-Based Marketing (ABM), brand development, digital marketing, and public relations

Partner with pursuit teams to support strategic project opportunities

Manage CRM platforms (Unanet or similar) and leverage analytics to guide marketing decisions

Ensure cohesive brand presence across all media channels

Support talent branding and internal communications efforts

Lead internal marketing staff and manage vendor relationships

Qualifications :

10+ years of marketing leadership experience, ideally within a general contracting or construction-related environment

Proven track record in B2B marketing, ABM strategy, and CRM-based campaign management

Strong leadership, strategic planning, and team management skills

Familiarity with the South Florida construction market is preferred
