COMPRESSION MOLDING TECHNICIAN, MON-THUR OR TUE-FRID 6 : 00AM - 4 : 30PM PLUS OVERTIME, $21.00 - $28.00 PER HOUR

Responsibilities

The Compression Molding Technician will be responsible for :

• Setting up all required mold tooling and material per work order instructions.
• Operating molding presses, tool handling equipment, and forklift to perform job duties.
• Running production orders safely while maintaining quality of molded product.
• Maintaining 5S work practices before, during, and at shift end.

Requirements

High School / GED diploma, preferred

2+ years experience in manufacturing, required

2+ years molding experience preferred

Compensation & Benefits

Pay range : $21.00 to $28.00 per hour. The base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.

Additionally, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 10% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position is $48,048 to $64,064. Bonus payments are variable and not guaranteed.
