Job descriptionKuvare Life Re Ignite Partners Microsoft / Office 365 administration Azure AD / Entra and Identity Management Conditional Access (access controls in AAD) Privileged Identity Management Exchange, Intune, MS Teams, Enterprise Apps / App Registrations, Modern Auth methods (SAML / OAuth 2.0 / AADB2C), Graph API PowerShell / AZCLI scripting experience Server & workstation OS administration : Windows Server 2019 / 22 / 25, Linux, Windows 11, VMware, Enterprise backup strategies, Scripting experience for PowerShell Fundamental networking and switching / APs (Aruba experience preferred but not required) Firewalls (Fortinet experience preferred but not required), ZTNA, Network segmentation, Policies Microsoft SQL Server Administration, Azure (preferred), Azure networking, Private Link services, Azure backup, IaC concepts – BICEP preferred Experience documenting systems, configuration and developing SOPs Insurance industry experience preferred but not required No "jerks". Excellent attention to detail. Agile fundamentals (Scrum / Kanban). Strong written and oral communication skills. Effective listening and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language. Experience developing / mentoring junior staff. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. Strong customer service orientation. Some travel is required.
