MOSS MOTORS, INC IS SEEKING A PART-TIME CLERICAL ASSISTANT / ERRAND RUNNER

Moss Motors is looking for a reliable, creative individual with an outgoing personality to provide

support to our main accounting and executive offices. Applicant will be expected to manage their

time and prioritize their given tasks on a daily basis to create an efficient work flow. This position will include a range of miscellaneous tasks included but not limited to : scanning and filing documents,

managing incoming license plates / registrations, and running daily errands. Basic accounting and data

entry processes will also be taught and utilized on a daily basis - a great entry level position!

QUALIFICATIONS

18 years or older

Must have had driver's license for at least 3 years

Clean driving record

High school diploma or equivalent

OTHER

Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information

Professional appearance

Excellent communication skills

Basic Microsoft Excel / Word skills
