Lead Animator

A company is looking for a Lead Animator.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the design team to lead animation design and implementation

Create project schedules and manage resources, workflow, and milestones

Monitor production status and team morale to identify risks and implement preventative measures

Required Qualifications

4+ years of industry experience, with 3+ years in animation-focused roles

Experience in animation and team management throughout the game development cycle

2+ years of leadership / mentoring experience in a similar role

Proficiency with tools such as Maya, Unity, Unreal, and project management software

Ability to work core studio hours (10am-4pm CST)
