What You\'ll Do We live at the intersection of culture and entertainment, where creativity isn\'t encouraged-it\'s essential. As a Creative Director, you\'ll be responsible for developing and executing bold, culture-shaping ideas that define how our games show up in the world. You will translate strategic marketing objectives into inspiring creative campaigns, shaping the brand\'s visual and narrative expression across multiple channels.

In this role, you will Drive the development of compelling marketing campaigns from concept through execution, ensuring they align with the brand strategy and resonate with players globally

Develop and articulate a clear, compelling creative vision that aligns with the brand strategy, marketing objectives, and the evolving trends in gaming, music, and entertainment

Work closely with our development partners to connect the core promise of our experiences with player and culturally relevant campaigns

Drive the strategic integration of brand strategy into creative execution, ensuring that marketing campaigns not only capture attention but also contribute to long-term brand equity, player / fan loyalty, and business growth

Present creative strategies and concepts with confidence and expertise to partners, game developers, senior leadership, and key stakeholders

What we\'re looking for Proven experience conceptualizing and launching world-class creative campaigns, ideally in gaming, entertainment, or Gen-Z culture-driven brands

Extensive experience in developing and launching successful creative marketing campaigns with a strong brand focus, particularly within the top entertainment, gaming, or related industries

A strong record of developing creative campaigns, driving innovation, and strategic thinking in both agency and in-house

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex, creative, and brand concepts to senior leadership

Strategic and innovative thinking, translating marketing objectives into compelling creative strategies that build brand equity and drive engagement

Demonstrated expertise in collaborating with cross-functional teams - ability to unify everyone around a common creative goal

A deep understanding of brand-building principles and the ability to leverage cultural insights to create resonant campaigns

A portfolio showcasing strategically driven, creatively brilliant, and culturally impactful marketing campaigns with measurable results

Understanding of Unreal Engine preferred but not required

This role is open to multiple locations across the US (including CA, NYC, & WA)

Pay Transparency Information The expected annual base pay range(s) for this position are detailed below. Each base pay range is relevant only for individuals who are residents of or will be expected to work within the specified locale. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors, which include (but aren\'t limited to) things such as skills and competencies, qualifications, knowledge, and experience. In addition to base pay, most employees are eligible to participate in Epic\'s generous benefit plans and discretionary incentive programs (subject to the terms of those plans or programs).

New York City Base Pay Range

$187,594-$275,138 USD

California Base Pay Range

$171,961-$252,209 USD

Washington Base Pay Range

$156,329-$229,282 USD
