As an Application Engineer, you will play a critical role in expanding our electrical automation product lines by combining technical knowledge with strategic sales initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Market Development: Drive growth of automation product lines through strategic initiatives and customer engagement.
• Sales Support: Provide technical expertise and training to sales representatives and customers.
• Customer Interaction: Identify opportunities, promote solutions, and deliver consultative support.
• Presentations & Training: Develop and deliver professional presentations showcasing automation products.
• Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and sales teams to support business growth and technical success.

Required Qualifications

• Education: 2-year technical degree in engineering or related field.Experience: 3+ years in an industrial automation environment.Proven technical sales experience.Technical Skills: Proficiency in PLC code reading and troubleshooting.Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.

Work Environment

• Travel: Approximately 25% regional travel (KS, MO, IL).
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Louis, MO.

The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $57.00/hr.
