This Level IV RN role supports inpatient and outpatient procedures, with advanced interventions and collaboration across nursing and CVT roles. Key Responsibilities : Circulate and assist in diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures Administer moderate sedation , monitor vitals and dysrhythmias Provide critical care decision-making during high-risk cardiac procedures Collaborate in emergency responses and post-procedural stabilization Participate in on-call rotation , including late days, nights, weekends, holidays Required Experience : Minimum 2 years of recent Cath Lab RN experience Experience with all of the following required : TAVR, MitraClip, Watchman Right & Left Heart Caths, PCI, CTO, Pericardiocentesis Vascular Interventions : RotoPro, AngioVac, FlowTriever Mechanical Support : ECMO, Impella , IABP , ProtekDuo , LVAD Structural Heart Procedures : CardioMEMS, PFO / ASD / VSD closure, Valvuloplasty, ASA Licenses & Certifications (Required) : Active NY RN License (No compact accepted) BLS – AHA only ACLS – AHA only Telemetry and Dysrhythmia monitoring proficiency Moderate Sedation training required Preferred : Cardiovascular Certification or RCES Familiarity with EP procedures , devices, and ablation support EP Lab experience is a strong plus HumanEdge Health Contact Information Website : / >
