Job Summary :
Under the guidance and supervision of the Chef de Cuisine, the Seasonal Line Cook is responsible for preparing and executing menu items during the seasonal period. This role includes maintaining established standards, ensuring a clean and organized work environment, and contributing positively to the culinary team. The position may also involve working as a Poolside Grill Cook, preparing casual menu items and operating basic kitchen equipment.
