Job descriptionInfants (6 weeks to 15 months) - $133 weekly, $27 daily Toddlers (15 months to 2 yrs) - $126 weekly, $26 daily 2 years to 3 years - $119 weekly, $25 daily 4 years to 5 years - $112 weekly, $23 daily Inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC equipment, residential and commercial. Inspect, repair, and maintain electrical systems, residential and commercial. Inspect, repair, and maintain and repair fans, pumps, coolers, boilers, and general equipment Inspect, maintain, and repair plumbing Complete general maintenance tasks Assemble furniture Maintain grounds, including snow removal and shoveling Lawn equipment maintenance PM vehicles Prepare areas for construction Follow safety protocol and procedures High school diploma or the equivalent is required. A valid license for HVAC technicians is preferred. Valid Illinois drivers license, clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance is required. Ability to read, write, follow written, and oral instructions is required. Working knowledge of general maintenance skills in carpentry, electrical, mechanical, painting, boilers, plumbing, etc. is required. Knowledge of HVAC systems resident and commercial is required. Analytical skills necessary to recognize, diagnose and repair equipment and system malfunctions are required. Knowledge of safety procedures is required. Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate with others in determining and solving needs are required. Mathematical skills necessary to perform some calculations are required. Ability to learn to read blueprints and specifications. When on call, you will need to be within a 30-minute drive from Hopedale.
