In this role, you’ll :
What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day and Week-to-Week) Prospecting & Pipeline Growth Research and identify potential clients that align with our ideal customer profile (midsize ecommerce brands). Execute personalized outbound campaigns through LinkedIn, email, and social channels to drive new opportunities. Qualify inbound leads and follow up promptly to schedule discovery calls. Maintain an organized, up-to-date CRM to track conversations, next steps, and pipeline health. Consultative Discovery & Sales Conduct thoughtful discovery calls to understand each prospect’s goals, challenges, and marketing opportunities. Develop proposals and recommendations in partnership with the strategy team. Lead consultative sales conversations that focus on alignment, value, and fit—not high-pressure selling. Nurture leads that aren’t ready yet and re-engage them through personalized outreach. Marketing & Brand Presence Actively engage on LinkedIn—sharing insights, commenting on relevant industry conversations, and showcasing agency thought leadership. Partner with the marketing team to develop or repurpose content for social posts, newsletters, and webinars. Represent the brand externally at virtual events, conferences, and podcasts when opportunities arise. Be a consistent, visible presence in our industry ecosystem—someone prospects recognize and trust. Internal Collaboration Work closely with the strategy and client success teams to ensure seamless handoffs and strong client onboarding. Attend weekly sales meetings to review goals, pipeline progress, and outbound performance. Share insights from prospect conversations to help shape marketing campaigns and service offerings.
