The Role

You're the kind of tech who thrives on solving the problems others can't. Diagnostic puzzles, drivability challenges, electrical mysteries — that's your playground. You're experienced, sharp, and ready to lead from the bay floor.

As an A-Level Tech, you'll take point on complex repairs, mentor junior techs, and keep the workflow moving with precision and pride.

What Makes You a Great Fit

5+ years of professional automotive repair experience

Expertise with lab scopes, diagnostic tools, and drivability concerns

Confident with electrical and mechanical diagnostics

Strong knowledge of Domestic and Asian vehicles

Comfortable performing Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs)

Naturally collaborative, with leadership and mentoring skills

ASE Certified (or working toward certification)

Excellent communication skills — with teammates and customers

Clean driving record, and able to pass background / drug screening
