Be the difference.\n\nJob Summary\nAs a Registered Nurse in Employee Health Services, you will implement comprehensive health services for staff and volunteers, including physical assessments, health promotion, screenings, immunizations, and care for injured employees. This role is essential in promoting a healthy workplace and ensuring the well-being of our staff.\n\nEssential Functions\n

• Conduct post-offer health screenings, including urine drug tests and vision / hearing screenings.\n
• Evaluate employees for tuberculosis and manage respiratory fit-checking and education across facilities.\n
• Perform annual audits to assess employees' work-related health needs and manage medical surveillance for specific exposures.\n
• Evaluate immunity to vaccine-preventable diseases and administer appropriate immunizations.\n
• Manage exposure incidents and provide or arrange first aid for injured employees.\n
• Carry out urine drug and alcohol screenings as required.\n
• Promote wellness through health education tailored to various age groups using both verbal and written materials.\n
• Maintain a clean and safe environment and communicate supply needs effectively.\n
• Pursue professional growth by attending educational opportunities and reviewing professional journals.\n
• Complete mandatory annual requirements and practice safe work habits.\n
• Participate in committees as needed.\n
• Perform additional duties as required.\n\nSupervisory / Management Responsibilities\nThis is a non-management position reporting to a supervisor, manager, or director.\n\nMinimum Requirements\n
• Education : Associate degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred.\n
• Experience : Minimum of three years in clinical nursing, with a preference for public health, school nursing, or occupational health experience.\n\nRequired Certifications, Registrations, Licenses\n
