Key Responsibilities :
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 8-10 sales representatives
Oversee daily and weekly team operations to ensure goals and KPIs are met
Monitor sales dashboards, interpret key metrics, and deliver actionable insights to management
Required Qualifications :
5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
Proven experience managing, coaching, or mentoring a team of sales professionals
Strong understanding of the sales cycle from lead generation to closing
Proficiency with CRM and analytics tools
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and make recommendations
