We are thrilled to expand our team and are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Medical Assistant / Advanced Depression Therapy Coordinatorto play a pivotal role in our Bountiful medical office, supporting our patients and contributing to the smooth running of our clinic.

Responsibilities :

• Daily office attendance, serving as the welcoming face of our medical clinic. Facilitating patient check-ins, history-taking, and vital sign assessments where needed and contributing to the smooth functioning of the office on a day-to-day basis
• Serves as the compassionate, welcoming presence at our clinic each dayplaying a vital role in supporting patients from the moment they walk through our doors. This is a highly patient-facing and emotionally rewarding position, ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills and a deep sense of empathy. A major focus of this role is engaging with patients receiving care through our Advanced Depression Servicesincluding TMS, Spravato, and ketamine therapyby providing hands-on support, education, and comfort throughout their healing journey. Under the supervision of our medical team, youll help manage appointments, communicate treatment expectations, and serve as a steady source of reassurance and care. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on meaningful human connection and is driven to make a real difference in the lives of individuals facing depression and other mental health challenges.
• Managing patient check-outs and scheduling follow-up appointments
• Assisting patients with medication refills and promptly addressing patient inquiries and messages
• Facilitating patient access to novel mental health therapies, including TMS and ketamine treatment for depression, through prior authorizations and access support
• Providing education and supporting the care of patients on novel and very effective depression therapies like Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and ketamine (Spravato) treatments.
• Conducting TMS therapy sessions for patients, including patient mapping, setup for therapy, and overseeing daily sessions by creating a supportive and nurturing environment for those undergoing treatment in our Bountiful office
• Collaborating with the medical team to ensure the seamless operation of the clinic and contributing to administrative tasks as needed

Schedule : Monday-Friday, Approximately 8 : 30 am - 5 : 30 pm

This position is full-time time working 35+ hours per week in our Bountiful office.

Hourly pay based on experience.
