New Mexico Licensed Clinical Social Worker

A company is looking for a School Social Worker, LCSW - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct assessments of students' mental health and behavioral needs in collaboration with teachers and parents

Provide individual and group counseling services addressing various emotional and social issues

Respond to crises, participate in IEP development, and coordinate support between school personnel and families

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from a CSWE-accredited program

Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent

Experience in providing clinical or school-based social work services to children and adolescents

Strong clinical skills in assessment, counseling, and crisis response

Knowledge of school systems and evidence-based interventions
