Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
All Star Staffing, LLC is looking for full time, part time and per-diem Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to work in Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Facility. RECENT GRADS WELCOME!
We are looking for multiple locations : Taunton, Norton, new Bedford and Wrentham.
Pay based on experience, plus pay differentials for evenings, nights and weekends.
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is responsible for providing assistance to the professional staff :
- Delivers direct care to patients (bathing, toileting, feeding, grooming, etc.) as directed by the RN or LPN in charge.
- Familiarity with medical terminology.
- Provide patients comfort and safety with a Compassionate and caring demeanor.
- Follows all departmental policies and procedures as well as safety, environmental, and infection control standards.
- Must be kind, honest and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Great resident to staff ratio with the ability to build rapport with patients with complete regard for the dignity of each person.
