The role

You'll manage diverse soil and groundwater investigation and remediation projects — balancing fieldwork, client interaction, and technical execution. Typical responsibilities include :

• Planning and leading soil and groundwater investigations and remediation oversight
• Preparing reports, work plans, and cost estimates
• Managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors
• Ensuring compliance with TCEQ programs — TRRP experience is essential
• Mentoring junior scientists and engineers
• Supporting business development and proposal preparation
