Education And / or Experience High School Diploma or Equivalent required and minimum of one year experience in a small-to-large sized IT environment.
Desirable certifications : Network+, Security +, CCNA, AZ-900, or others. System environment requirements include : VMware, Android, Cisco, Microsoft desktop and server OS; Active Directory and Group Policy, Microsoft Office / Exchange, Office 365, Azure.

Language Skills Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
Mathematical Skills Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical solutions.
Reasoning Ability Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situation where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
