Job Summary :

The Inside Sales Specialist is a full-time time position working out of our Milan branch . We are looking for an individual with previous building materials knowledge, who can develop strong relationships with new and current customers. This individual should be a competitive self-starter, and comfortable interacting with customers.

Responsibilities :

• Build, maintain, and manage account relationships.
• Market, service, and promote Tri-State products and services.
• Establish and maintain customers.
• Establish strong relationships with clients and internal team members.
• Effectively use systems and strategies for client prospecting and pipeline management.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and adequate service levels.
