Job Summary :

HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is looking for skilled CRNAs to join the growing team at HCA Florida Oak Hill Hospital.

Opportunity Highlights :

Anesthesia care team model of 11 anesthesiologists and 24 CRNAs

Case mix includes general, ortho, cardiac, thoracic, vascular, OB, GI, endo

Set schedule with flexible options : 8s, 10s, 12s, 16s and OB 24s available

No call requirement with minimal weekends

CRNAs are able to do A-lines, push own meds and perform some PNBs with demonstrated proficiency. Cardiac work available if desired.

Incentive / Benefits Package :

Outstanding compensation package includes tiered base salary. Additional $30K geographic stipend. $15K stipend if cardiac proficient.

Start date bonus up to $75K and relocation assistance available

8 weeks of time away from practice with no waiting period.

Premium pay rate if clinician works past scheduled shift. Premium rate applies if clinician opts to pick-up extra shifts.
