Robert Half is partnering with a client looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to lead and oversee essential HR functions within our organization in Fort Morgan. This role requires an individual with a strong background in employee relations, HR administration, and benefits management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace environment and ensuring compliance with HR policies.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage employee relations by addressing concerns and resolving workplace conflicts to maintain a harmonious work environment.
  • Oversee HR administration, including maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.
  • Lead benefit functions, such as managing enrollments, answering employee inquiries, and ensuring timely updates to benefit plans.
  • Utilize HRIS systems to streamline processes, improve data accuracy, and generate insightful reports.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure new employees have a seamless transition into the organization.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and support recruitment efforts.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Conduct regular training sessions on company policies, compliance, and employee development.
  • Monitor and evaluate HR metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure the organization adheres to all federal, state, and local employment regulations.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources management or a related role.
  • Proven expertise in employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Strong knowledge of HR administration and best practices.
  • Familiarity with benefit functions, including enrollment and plan management.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and the ability to generate reports.
  • Experience in onboarding processes and orientation for new team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to stay updated on employment laws and regulations.
