Robert Half is partnering with a client looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to lead and oversee essential HR functions within our organization in Fort Morgan. This role requires an individual with a strong background in employee relations, HR administration, and benefits management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace environment and ensuring compliance with HR policies.
Responsibilities :
- Manage employee relations by addressing concerns and resolving workplace conflicts to maintain a harmonious work environment.
- Oversee HR administration, including maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.
- Lead benefit functions, such as managing enrollments, answering employee inquiries, and ensuring timely updates to benefit plans.
- Utilize HRIS systems to streamline processes, improve data accuracy, and generate insightful reports.
- Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure new employees have a seamless transition into the organization.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and support recruitment efforts.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Conduct regular training sessions on company policies, compliance, and employee development.
- Monitor and evaluate HR metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure the organization adheres to all federal, state, and local employment regulations.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources management or a related role.
- Proven expertise in employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Strong knowledge of HR administration and best practices.
- Familiarity with benefit functions, including enrollment and plan management.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and the ability to generate reports.
- Experience in onboarding processes and orientation for new team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stay updated on employment laws and regulations.
