Senior Family Law / Divorce Attorney (327 / o)

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience with divorce and family law; trial and deposition experience; and the capacity to work on client service teams with responsibility of managing the work of associate lawyers.

The day-to-day work for the role involves attending major case events; setting and implementing case strategies in litigated divorce cases; and managing associate and paralegal team members who work on the client service team. While business generation is always a plus (and is heavily rewarded), the role does not require a book of business.This position is full time and based out of the firm's West Palm Beach, FL office location.

Qualifications :

Must have a Florida Bar license in good standing

Must have a minimum of 3 years of family

divorce law experience in a law firm environment

Must

have trial and deposition experience

in litigated divorce cases

Must have the capacity to work on client service teams with responsibility of managing the work of associates and support staff

Must have the confidence and ability to handle all aspects of client representation from initial meeting through trial and be able to assume a lead role on all assigned cases

Must have exceptional writing and drafting skills

Must have exceptional communication and listening skills

Must have the patience and compassion to work with older clients who will require "hand holding" and be passionate about empowering them

Must be comfortable

learning new technology / methods
