Job descriptionAssisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming) when needed Supporting household tasks such as cleaning, meal preparation, and grocery shopping Helping clients manage appointments, transportation, and daily schedules Encouraging community involvement and social engagement Providing guidance with organization skills and life skills Offering behavioral and emotional support, including redirection when needed High School Diploma or equivalent At least 1 year of experience in healthcare or direct care (preferred) Current CPR / First Aid certification (or ability to obtain) Ability to pass background checks and meet state requirements US Work Authorization Compassion, patience, and a commitment to helping others Competitive pay at $19 / hour Flexible schedules with shifts available Monday through Sunday Set schedules available : Monday through Sunday Evening, weekend, and daytime shifts to fit your availability Supportive work environment where your role makes a real difference Opportunities for growth and training
