Litigation Paralegal (Nursing Home Abuse & Personal Injury)

Location : Evanston, Illinois 60201

Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8 : 30 a.m. – 5 : 00 p.m.

Compensation : Starting at $90,000 (could be higher depending on experience)

Work Arrangement : In-office to start; hybrid (1–2 remote days / week) available after building a strong, trusting work relationship

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team and play a vital role in pushing cases forward while maintaining the highest standards of client service and care.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
• Propound and respond to written discovery, including interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission.
• Assist with deposition preparation, witness coordination, and trial exhibits.
• Organize case files and maintain deadlines to ensure proactive case management.
• Conduct factual research and gather medical records, expert reports, and other evidence.
• Prepare trial binders and support attorneys throughout trial preparation and courtroom proceedings.
• Communicate compassionately and professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
