Job descriptionLead design, implementation, and maintenance of WAN, LAN, wireless, and cloud systems Manage network security, performance, and scalability across global offices Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and security audits Implement and manage SIEM, IDS / IPS, endpoint protection, and VPNs Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans Collaborate with software and infrastructure teams to align security practices Respond to incidents and maintain high availability across systems Research and recommend improvements to security posture and infrastructure 10+ years in IT infrastructure, network, and security 5+ years in a senior technical or engineering role Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and hybrid environments Strong troubleshooting and incident response background Must be inquisitive, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, global setting Individual contributor mindset with potential to grow into leadership Strong communication, collaboration, and strategic thinking skills Preferred certifications : CISSP, CISM, CISA Experience implementing security solutions in a 24 / 7 global environment Background in infrastructure with a transition into cybersecurity Familiarity with SIEM systems, endpoint protection, and cloud security tools Ability to work across departments and influence technical strategy 100% employer-paid medical, dental, vision, life, and disability Discretionary year-end bonus Free parking, snacks, refreshments, and collaborative office culture Office located near Dulles Airport (5-minute Uber)
Senior Infrastructure & Security Engineer (On-Site Role - Northern Virginia)
Salary Range : $140,000 - $195,000 per year
Location : Dulles, VA (On-site only, no remote option)
