AJ Employment Services is seeking Leasing Consultants for apartment communities in the Phoenix metro area. We specialize in multifamily staffing, connecting professionals directly with top property management companies like Greystar, MEB, and Cushman & Wakefield. Responsibilities : Greet and tour prospective residents with enthusiasm Manage applications, leasing paperwork, and renewals accurately Maintain strong communication with residents and management Support occupancy goals through relationship-building Assist with marketing, social media, and community events Enhance resident relations through effective communication Utilize lease renewal strategies to maximize retention rates Requirements : Previous leasing or customer-service experience preferred Strong communication, organization, and closing skills Professional appearance and attitude Basic computer skills (experience with Yardi, AppFolio, or similar is a plus) Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required Experience in Lease Renewal and Resident Retention Knowledge of Residential Property Management Company Information : AJ Employment Services has over 25 years of experience in Security and Employment Services.
