Underwriter-Crop Intern (Summer 2026-WI)

This internship will be based out of the Eau Claire, WI office and will require 4 days in the office.

The Opportunity : As a Crop Underwriting Intern, you'll receive hands-on training and real-world experience in a supportive and positive environment. You'll work closely with one of our crop insurance underwriting teams, gaining exposure to :

• MPCI (Multiple Peril Crop Insurance) covering a wide range of risks like drought, flood, and disease.
• Crop Hail Insurance protecting farmers against damage caused by hailstorms.

This internship is designed to help you build foundational knowledge in crop insurance while contributing to meaningful work that supports farmers and the company's success.

Location : Eau Claire, WI

Work Arrangement : This role is hybrid, where you will be expected to be in the Eau Claire, WI 4 days per week.

The Pay Rate for this role is between $20.00 and $21.00 an hour.
