What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities :
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, responding as needed to emergency situations.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining a professional presence at all times.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the assigned location, including building interiors, exteriors, and perimeters.Observe for and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns within the location, helping to deter unwanted behavior.Communicate promptly with Allied Universal management and / or local authorities as appropriate regarding incidents or emergencies.Document observations, incidents, and activities in accordance with site and Allied Universal requirements.Support site access control measures, verifying identification and / or credentials as required by site policy.Assist visitors, staff, and students with general inquiries while maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor.What We're Looking For :
