Job Description:

• Render individual Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) services to both adolescent and adult clients in the community
• Be knowledgeable of your clients including their strengths, diagnosis, treatment goals and treatment plan.
• Assist clients in restoring, rehabilitating, and developing social and interpersonal skills;
• Identify, enhance, and establish support networks, community awareness, coping strategies, and improve functioning in the individuals social environments (home, work, school);
• Complete 90 Day progress summaries for each client.
• Participate in collaborative meetings with Rehabilitation Services staff, other agencies or community and natural supports as needed.
• Communicate clients status on a regular basis, including, but not limited to changes in mood or functioning, medical issues, and all crisis and health and safety issues.
• Be knowledgeable of and adept at producing effective, clinical documentation of every contact with recipient.
• Turning in notes on time according to policy. Document all no shows, and communicate all difficulties contacting clients with appropriate office staff.
• Document services provided regularly, concisely, and completely in accordance with clinical standards by office deadline.
• Be able, or willing to learn, to use computer interface to complete documentation for billing or other purposes as needed.
• Attend all office trainings as well as regular clinical supervision sessions with Clinical Manager and/or Team Manager.

Minimum Educational Requirements:


Must have one of the following educational requirements and experience:
A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college with a major or minor in one of the following:

• Social Work
• Psychology
• Sociology
• Rehabilitation Services
• Special Education
• Early Childhood Education
• Secondary Education
• Family and Consumer Sciences
• Human Growth and Development

Schedule:

• Choose your own hours
• Evenings as needed
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
