The Role
The Director of Product Marketing is responsible for leading the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy across our product portfolio. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, this role will partner closely with Product, Sales, and Demand Generation to define market opportunities, craft compelling value propositions, and drive adoption. The ideal candidate is a strategic storyteller with proven experience leading product launches, building market intelligence, and equipping the sales teams with effective tools and content.
Job Duties :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product marketing strategy
- Recruit and lead a high-performing product marketing team with clearly defined roles, measurable goals, and a focus on delivering consistent, meaningful results.
- Define and own the product positioning for the full portfolio of products
- Lead go-to-market planning for new product launches and enhancements
- Manage the competitive intelligence strategy with insights into market problems, distinctive competence, and the competitive landscape
- Develop and foster the creation of fresh and new product marketing ideas and content to reinforce CentralSquare's position as the market leader
- Closely collaborate with sales, sales enablement, product leadership, and across marketing functions to ensure the development and delivery of GTM campaigns
- Measure and optimize to ensure activities are effective, efficient, and deliver high ROI
- Continuously optimize the organization for success while providing coaching and development opportunities to team members
Skills & Requirements
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field.Strong in analytics and data-driven decision-makingMinimum 5 years of marketing leadership and 10 years of product marketing experience (or equivalent) in technology companies (preferably high growth)Deep experience in thought leadership and product messaging, content development, and sales enablementProven track record of hiring, mentoring, and retaining world-class marketing talentExceptional verbal communication skills and a clear and persuasive, buyer-oriented writing styleExcellent operational and project management, including the ability to manage diverse projects and multiple priorities under aggressive timelines and expectationsExperience working in a high-growth, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentMust be a creative, flexible, hands-on marketer with a focused ability to get the job done even in the face of time, budget, or resource constraintsCollaborative team player with great interpersonal skills and an exceptional ability to work effectively cross-functionally and with executive leadership
